The purpose of this workshop is to engage teachers in the conversation of the importance to develop a culturally integrated curriculum. More importantly helping them tap into their knowledge and skills to move beyond the conversation and put cultural pedagogy in their everyday practice, classroom, building, and school.

Key Take Away:
The understanding of Culturally Responsive Pedagogy. The understanding of cultural inclusivity. The ability to examine and understand the demographics in their classroom and building. Teachers will be challenged to modify their curriculum development practices. Teachers will leave with a few techniques and methods to enhance their practice
